None of the American Red Cross programs would be successful without the efforts of many, many volunteers. In 2008, over 400 people volunteered a total of 11,000 hours in duties ranging from office administration to CPR instructor, from disaster responder to greeter at a Blood Drive.

The Cayuga County Chapter of the American Red Cross is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week to respond to emergency needs.
