Basic Literacy
For adults 18 years of age and older who desire to increase their reading skills, Literacy Volunteers of Cayuga County provides free, one-to-one, confidential tutoring. Students are matched with a trained volunteer tutor. They work together to define the student's goals and design lesson plans that will help students accomplish their objectives.

English as a Second Language
This program is for adults who are new speakers of English and are interested in improving their conversational speaking and listening skills.
